Daisy Delight Decoration #stampinup

Hi Everyone

Thank you for stopping by today. I am sharing this adorable hanging decoration which I made as an engagement present for my sister and her fiancé. I took a break from crafting (OMG!) last Saturday and had an afternoon with both of them as well as the rest of my family.

I got the wire heart from Paperchase which I decorated with the new Daisy Delight Stamps (#143669) and Daisy Punch (#143713) available to order from Mitosu Crafts' Online Shop from June 1st.

I also used the retired Succulents Framelits Dies for the smaller daisies and the flourishes were made from the Everyday Jars Framelits Dies (#141490)

I used Mini Glue Dots to hold the flowers temporarily to decide on the final arrangement before using a glue gun to keep them more secure.

I really like the flowers against the geometric wire heart and this would make a great Wedding decoration too. I might have to make another one for our class display or to hang at our own place.

Coloured This Little Piggy for CAS Colours & Sketches #stampinup

Hi Everyone

Thank you for stopping by today. I am sharing this card for CAS Colours & Sketches challenge CC&S#224 following the layout below:

I used 1 of the coloured This Little Piggy I did on my colouring technique video from a previous post ~ HERE for my challenge entry

I did work on the image a bit more after the recording. I added Bermuda Bay and Pacific Point for the background then spread the colour with the Blender Pens. I matched the Watercolour Pencils with Old Olive border strip and Bermuda Bay for the sentiment using the Classic Label Punch.

This Little Piggy will be available from our Online Shop on June 1st, which I am sure you already know and can't wait to get your hands on it!
