Learn How To Make Your Own Pop Up Crates of Love #createwithmitosu #stampinup

Hi Everyone

Thanks for stopping by. Did you see our post yesterday with the fun pop up card? Well here is another version using current Stampin' Up! products. There is a video tutorial at the end of the post showing you how to make your own pop up crate of love :)

Sahara Sand card is A6 folded, Crumb Cake ink for the front and inside stamping on the base card. Instead of using the Basic Black Solid Baker's Twine to keep the card closed, Jay made a belly band using 2 off cuts of the Wood Textures Designer Series Paper Stack, 2.5cm in width.

UPDATE: The card used was CRUMB CAKE not Sahara Sand

You will need 2 x Wood Textures DSP for the 2 crates, 6 tabs and the belly band.

Die Cut the front and sides of the crate ONLY ~ 4 times

6 tabs measures 1.3cm x 6cm (OR 1/2" x 2 3/8"), score @ 1cm & 5cm (OR 3/8" & 2")

Adhere 2 tabs for the bottom crate and 4 in the top crate

The slits are made at the bottom of the top crates at 2.5cm & 6.5cm on both sides (OR 1" & 2 9/16")

Colours used for the Jars of Love floral decorations are Powder Pink, Flirty Flamingo, Berry Burst, Lemon Lime Twist and Tranquil Tide.

The video tutorial below will show you how to construct the crates in the card but will not go through how the floral decorations were stamped, die cut and arranged.
