Thanks for stopping by today. It's just a quick post sharing my entry for the Global Design Project colour challenge #GDP089 using the colours below:
I created a scene using stamps from the Daisy Delight set using sponging, masking and emboss resist techniques.
Card base Sahara Sand 10.5cm x 29.6cm
Black Mat 9.9cm x 13.4cm
Whisper White 9.5cm x 13.8cm
I find a black mat helps other black elements on a card pop a bit more. To create a more hazy look and to add texture, I deliberately applied the inked sponge straight on the edges without dabbing off the excess first. I sponged Black Memento around the edges which gave the card a vignette look.
