Hi and welcome to Mitosu Crafts in the UK. It's Jay Soriano here, super excited to join the Stamp Review Crew! Led by super talented Tanya Boser, we are an international group of Stampin' Up! demonstrators here to inspire you with different ideas on a specific stamp set. You can hop along with us every first and third Mondays of the month for your Stampin' Up! inspirations
You may have started here or arrived from With A Bow On Top by Lou Kitzelman. You will find a 'Next Blog' button at the end of this post to continue along the hop to My Papercraft Journey by Kelly Kent
The stamp set we are highlighting today is Tabs For Everything. There are 53 stamps in this set which are great for planners, journals and calendars. You can mix & match the sentiments and images for your project needs. It can also be ordered with the Circle Tab Punch as a bundle saving you 10%
For my projects, I created 3 cards using the KISS technique and even created a new (to me) interactive card. The KISS technique is basically taking a dark inked stamp on top of a light coloured ink stamp before stamping on card

For my projects, I created 3 cards using the KISS technique and even created a new (to me) interactive card. The KISS technique is basically taking a dark inked stamp on top of a light coloured ink stamp before stamping on card
These 2 small cards can even be used as gift tags measuring at 7.4cm x 7.4cm
Dapper Denim and Sweet Sugarplum cardbase
Whisper White layer 6.5cm x 6.5cm
Sponged inks in the middle, Marina Mist and Blushing Bride
Stamped the sentiments in different generations in the same colour ink
I used lighter inks on the line design for both cards, Pool Party and Powder Pink
The darker ink for the elephant is Dapper Denim and Sweet Sugarplum for the heart
Stamped on Whisper White then punch with 1" Circle Punch
Before adhering the topper, I added Gold Metallic Thread and I punched 3 more 1" circles in the same colour as the card bases for each card to add height. The sentiments were stamped in Tuxedo Black and hand cut with Paper Snips, adhered with Mini Stampin' Dimensionals then finished with the Rhinestone Jewel
For my 3rd project, I created my first Waterfall Card, with sponging and kiss techniques to decorate the front
Whisper White cardbase 10.5cm x 14.5cm
Sweet Sugarplum mat 10cm x 14cm
Whisper White layer 9.5cm x 13.5cm
I used the 2 smallest squares from the Stitched Shapes Framelits Dies and created 5 panels in total plus the long pull tab. Each panels were stamped with the line design and contains different sentiments which are also stamped randomly on the bottom right of the card
I added backing for each panels to tidy the back a little but made it a little heavy for the horizontal support of Sahara Sand and Powder Pink strips decorated in Rhinestones
For the pull tab, I stamped the stars in Blushing Bride and the 'U' from Letters For You in Sweet Sugarplum. Finished with Powder Pink Finely Woven Ribbon
It is a fun interactive card and I definitely learned from this project for next time
