Itty Bitty Fruit Flowers for Kylie Bertucci's International Blog Highlights

The 3 A6 cards I created were part of our OnStage display using new products from the Tutti-Frutti Suite in the upcoming 2018 Spring/Summer Catalogue

To build up the flowers, I applied Multipurpose Liquid Glue at the back of a punched 1/2" Circle on Gold Glimmer Paper then carefully placing the vellum shapes first along the edges then the same for the whisper white shapes for the petals

I kept to simple layouts as I wanted the flowers to be the focal points. The card layer is embossed with Brick Wall TIEF and I stamped the sentiment on a small piece of a Tutti-Frutti DSP with Rich Razzleberry Ink

For this card I used the Pear Punch to create the flower. I punched 8 pieces in Whisper White and 8 in Vellum. You can add dimension afterwards by curling the vellum petals

I used the Strawberry Punch for this flower, 6 in vellum and 6 in whisper white. These were bigger than the rest so it didn't need as much for the 1/2" circle in the centre. The Basic Gray layer was embossed with Layered Leaves Dynamic TIEF

I also used the Pineapple Punch on the DSP to create the elements along the Pear Pizzazz Shimmer Ribbon which looks like pom-poms. The sentiment was stamped on Whisper White with Berry Burst ink then punched with the Classic Label and snipped at one end

For the final card I used the Watermelon Punch (bottom flower), 8 in vellum and 8 in whisper white. I also used the Pineapple Punch (top flower), 8 in vellum and 8 in whisper white. I only wanted the circular shape for the petals so I stuck the half of the punched shapes on the glimmer paper. This gave more volume and lift at the back of the flower

The card layer was embossed in Petal Burst TIEF and added strip of DSP on the side for extra colour 

The stalks and leaves on all cards were die cut from the Flourish Thinlits. I also silver embossed on Wood Textures DSP to turn the basket stamp into flower pots
