Well it's Wednesday and time for my Design Team card inspiration for the Paper Craft Crew Challenges #PCC285. This week it's a colour challenge consisting of the pastel colours below
With only over a week left of Sale-A-Bration, I have used the FREE Lots of Lavender stamp set and sentiment from another SAB set Happy Wishes for my simple card idea. Make sure to place a qualifying order by 31st March 2018 to earn yourself FREE Sale-A-Bration items!
I used all the colours in the challenge and had to be a little creative to get the Mint by mixing Craft White re-inker with Garden Green. I did mix Bermuda Bay with Craft White first and it looked more Turquoise than Mint but I ended up using the mix for this project to not waste the inks
I forgot how rich the dye inks get when mixed with the white pigment ink and love how this card turned out. I mixed the colours on acrylic blocks and applied on the project with Aqua Painters. There is a co-ordinating stamp to cover the lavender which I used first then worked on the image to create more depth
