I first saw this easy fancy fold from Amanda Bates at The Craft Spa and I have used Amanda's measurements for the base card and score lines ~ HERE

Use an off cut of Whisper White to die cut 'Birthday' and tidy with Paper Snips

Cut off a small part of the elongated 'i' to fit on the inside panel

The 'Happy' sentiment is from Birthday Banners Photopolymer Stamp Set

Die cut Gold Glimmer stars from Mini Treat Bag Thinlits

My Father's Day Card using Wood Words with Large Letters #stampinup

Hi Everyone

Thank you for stopping by. I just wanted to share my Father's Day card I created for my Dad. He doesn't check our blog so I think it's safe. Just in case though, don't show him this post Mum! LOL

Quick and easy card to re-create using the Wood Words Bundle, Letters For You and matching Large Letters Framelits Dies

Card base is a tent fold Crumb Cake measuring 4 1/8" x 11 11/16"
Punch all corners, you can use the corner punch on your Envelope Punch Board
Randomly stamp the flowers around the edges in Crumb Cake ink
Die cut 'DAD' on black card
Stamp 'DAD' on Whisper White in Crumb Cake and die cut
Off set the black card for the shadow then adhere on card base
Stamp the sentiment from Guy Greetings Stamp Set
Stamp 2 stars on whisper White in Crumb Cake ink and 1 in Sahara Sand ink and die cut from the Wood Crates Framelits Dies or fussy cut
Adhere on card base with 1 using Stampin' Dimensionals

Masculine Inspirations Blog Hop from the Top 10 Winners of Kylie Bertucci's International Highlights ~ #stampinup

Hi Everyone

I'm very thankful to be participating in today's blog hop. Thanks to everyone that voted for my Twist Pop Up Panel card back in May for me to be able to join Kylie Bertucci and the rest of the Top 10.

We have created Masculine themed projects for your inspirations. You are currently at Mitosu Crafts' blog with me Jay Soriano in the UK. There is a full list of participants at the end of this post so you can hop along each one.

My first project is a card. I have been seeing a lot of shirts recently with floral patterns on dark fabrics which inspired me to create this card I gave to Barry last week.

I used the flower stamp from the Wood Words set with Tranquil Tide Ink on same coloured cardstock

Elongated the square die from the Stitched Shapes Framelits Dies

Sentiment from Window Shopping embossed using White Stampin' Emboss Powder

Bermuda Bay strip, Copper Trim and a bit of Gold Ribbon in the centre

I was thinking of what else I could do with the Wood Words stamps and the Wood Crate Framelits Dies as you can save when you get both in Wood Bundle or Clear Bundle. 

I had loads of the different coloured circles from a previous project so I decided to make a mini bunting or cake decoration. In between the circles are small off cuts of cards that I cut in small banners.

We both love sweets so naturally I wanted to see what can fit in the crate; 3 Maoams and a small Haribo pack! I used the Wood Textures Designer Series Paper for the main crate. The 'Treats For You' sign is a combination of 2 sentiments from the set and I added the 'Sweet' die cut from the Cupcake Cutouts Framelits Dies

The 2 black crates I made were to show how else you can decorate the crate with just using the Wood Words Bundle, plus they also look great in the group shot, don't you think?

Very simple and easy to re create

Copper Metallic Thread and Gold Ribbon behind the heart

White Stampin' Emboss Powder used for the flowers, a bit of Copper Trim and Linen Thread on the tag.
