Thank you for joining me today, Barry here for another #simplestamping video tutorial.
I do hope you enjoy this project as much as I did. It was so simple to create, which is so not like us and I just love the Garden Impressions Designer Series Paper. To be honest, as we have so many other gorgeous goodies to play with it's been hidden away in our stash for a while. So now it's officially spring this project was just perfect to bring the paper out once again. This paper definitely shouts spring, don't you agree?
So for these projects I also used the Incredible Like you Stamp Set to create the background. Whilst the sentiments were from the Strong & Beautiful stamp set
I was actually inspired to make these 2 cards from an article in the current Stampin' Up! demo magazine Stampin' Success, which is another perk you get from signing up.
The article was titled "Dude, where's my stamp" and was reminding us that men likes to craft too. Do not assume men won't like stamping and crafting. Well you don't need to tell us that being 2 male Stampin' Up! Demonstrators! But a lot of people don't think men will craft. So these 2 projects have been designed for men to hand make and to give to there wives, girlfriends, mums etc and using a different sentiment even his husband or boyfriend. What do you think?

My brother-in-law and sister came over to stamp with myself and 2 of my friends and he LOVED it. My sister, on the other hand, really had no desire to stamp. She had one thing on her mind that day and it was deer hunting with my dad. She is also a NY State Trooper and has always loved being outdoors cutting wood or hunting. Every time I make a card for one of our family members my brother-in-law always wants to know how I did it LOL! If they weren't both so busy with work, 2 little boys and another on the way, I would sign my brother-in-law up as a demonstrator!!! Keep on stamping guys! I love to see what you create!
