I am in love with the Magical Day Stamp Set from the Myths & Magic Suite on page 37. It comes with 12 stamps and my favourite at the moment is the Unicorn image. I decided to pair it with another new stamp set called Heart Happiness on page 20 for my project today

One of my present for Christmas was a mini sewing machine which I used for the stitched edging on my shaker card

Starting with a Whisper White card which I white embossed the heart clusters from Heart Happiness set then sponged with Tempting Turquoise and Peekaboo Peach

I enclosed the new Gold Glitter Flakes within the 2 Vellum pieces and used the Embossing Paste with the clouds design from Pattern Party Decorative Masks. Make sure to wait until the embossing paste is dry and do not put something on top of it like I did! Two of the clouds cracked but I managed to save it by adding a bit more paste once dry with my fingers

To adhere the Vellum I applied Multipurpose Liquid Glue along the back stitching

I used Tear & Tape along the bottom to create the ruffle effect on the Berry Burst Metallic Edge Ribbon. I also curled the Gold Ribbon by wrapping it on a stick and setting it with the Heat Tool

The unicorn was stamped in Tuxedo Black and coloured with Stampin' Blends before fussy cutting. There is a co-ordinating dies called Magical Mates Framelits Dies which has 16 dies and can be ordered as a Bundle with a saving of 10%

I stamped the sentiment in Archival Black and Bermuda Bay then snipped the different parts. I wanted to show how shiny the Gold Glitter Flakes are so I applied glue along the edge of the sentiment and sprinkled them on
