Hi and welcome to Mitosu Crafts UK. It's Jay here with my DT card idea for Paper Craft Crew challenge #PCC317
It's a card sketch this week and I used a new product from the 2019 Spring/Summer Occasions Catalogue...Piece of Cake Stamp Set and Cake Builder Punch Bundle (150579)
The sketch inspired me to create this card for my niece, Zara
I stamped the lollipop design randomly on a strip of Melon Mambo cardstock measuring 2.5cm x 14.5cm in Flirty Flamingo ink which I then adhered on the left hand side
The cake and stand design were stamped on Whisper White in Memento, coloured with Lovely Lipstick Combo, Smoky Slate Combo, Light Flirty Flamingo and Light Pool Party Blends
Once coloured I punched the images with the Cake Builder Punch then stuck on Sahara Sand card which was die cut beforehand using the 2nd largest circle stitched die
I added the Mint Macaron banner strip underneath before sticking the whole topper on the cardbase with dimensionals
The card was customised with Zara's name using the Make A Difference alphabet stamp set on Pool Party card then fussy cut
The hearts were stamped in Flirty Flamingo ink, adding the Gold Metallic Pearls in the middle to finish the card
The Piece of Cake Photopolymer set (148610) comes with 21 stamps and great for beginners #simplestamping
Projects can also easily be stepped up for casual and avid stampers with the help of the co-ordinating Cake Builder Punch (150579). The bundle will be available to order from January 3, 2019 but can be added as part of your Starter Kit when you join Stampin' Up!
