End of Summer means Autumn/Winter Catalogue has arrived! Seeing all the holiday creations have inspired me to create seasonal projects. We are still waiting for our pre-order so I finally got a chance to create a poinsettia from a leaf die in Nature's Root Framelits ~ video tutorial at the bottom

I opted for the bottom line for my card and decorated cookie (mini pizza) box

I embossed the Pinewood Plank on Whisper White and added a strip on the left stamped with the Burlap design

I wrapped the Classic Weave Ribbon and tied another piece on the left side before adhering on the cardbase

I created the poinsettia by embossing and die cutting the small leaf design from Nature's Root Framelits set

I snipped into another die cut from the set and added Lemon Lime Twist colour with Blender Pens for the flowers in the centre then finished off with the curled Burlap Ribbon

The poinsettia does take time to make up so for my 3D project, I decorated a Mini Pizza Box. These boxes are ideal for cookies as they are food safe

Keeping the focus on the poinsettia, I sponged the edges of the Pinewood Plank embossed layer. I added the Copper Trim this time and coloured the flowers with Granny Apple Green
